Tonight, Cooper and I lay in his bed, waiting for Layla to finish brushing her teeth and join us for bedtime prayers. She took awhile! As we lay there, Cooper touched my cheek and said, "(If) you my baby, I take care of you Mommy."
"You would?"
"Yes and I (would) love you a long time."
"Will you still love me a long time, even if I'm not your baby, just your mommy?"
"Yes, because I love you the most."
