BEFORE
AFTERToday was the day. I didn't really plan it, we just went for it. After all, Cooper is almost 18 months and it is time for the pacifier addiction to come to an end! So when we woke up I threw all of his pacifiers away...except one, which I cut the tip off. This worked for Layla, but it didn't phase Cooper. He picked it up, put it in his mouth and carried on with life, like nothing was wrong. He spent the first hour walking around, barely holding onto it with his front teeth! Just like a man....he knew something was wrong but chose to ignore it! I'm glad to report his nap went as normal, he's now down for the night with no incident and by the end of the day he chucked the paci with the end cut off. He finally got tired of not being able to keep it in his mouth. You've come a long way baby boy!

Wow! Good for you!! Bennett still has his in bed (unless he sneaks in there and gets them out). I was too chicken to get rid of them before Dawson was born and turned his world upside down. But we've regressed and I decided to temporarily let him have it all day due to his extremely emotional state!! But I'm determined to rid him of them by Christmas. I hope I'm as strong as you!
